‘Wadowice - where it all began’ the history of Wadowice for everyone!

High summer! To make exploring Wadowice and the surrounding area easier and bring the story of our unique region, Tourist Information of Commune in Wadowice prepared a new guidebook entitled ‘Wadowice - where it all began’. In the first of its historical part referring to the words of the Holy Father from 1999 we are invited to get acquainted with the history of Wadowice, where is among others the story of a garrison town from the time of Galicia. In the second part, we show that in Wadowice also today ‘everything begins!’ We encourage you to  spend time actively on the trails of the Beskid Mały, canoeing on the Skawa river and to explore the area by bicycles. Blissful laziness is also not alien to us! At the time to relax we invite to nearby SPA resorts and boulevards on the Skawa river. Our journey around facilitate included in the folder a detailed town plan.
