Retro train for the umpteenth time will visit Wadowice
At 9th of September 2018 through Wadowice, Kalwaria Zebrzydowska and Andrychów will transit retro constitution within the confines of the second edition of project entitled “Małopolskie Szlaki Turystyki Kolejowej” (“Train Trails in Małopolska”). This is a big attraction for railway’s fans who
in this way also celebrate a decade of creation of Pope’s Train Trail.
Touristic constitution will travel through Pope’s Train Trail. With tourists and people living
in Wadowice in mind there will be 4 retro train courses. Steam train will set out in the morning from Chabówka so that at 11:01 a.m. it could draw in train station Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona. For passengers there will be waiting a lot of attractions for example military picnic on the occasion
of the century of independence linked with a presentation of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.
On the other hand in Wadowice there is planned a very interesting program embracive tour around pope’s town and participation in town party entitled “Septemberfest”.
Train constitution will be correlate from a historical, full functional stream engine Ty42-107
from 1946 and trucks from 1920-1963.
We warmly invite all people willing to come at Małopolska’s train stations in this particular day
and see antique steam engine and trucks. You can go on a nostalgic ride, get some souvenirs from project’s partners and see railway engine and trucks from the inside. There is planned a performance of artistic tea and competition with awards.

1st train leaving Chabówka at 9:03 a.m. arrival to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska
at 11:01 a.m. – leaving at 12:01 a.m. arrival to Wadowice at 12:27 p.m.
2nd train leaving Wadowice at 13:12 p.m. arrival to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona
at 13:39 p.m.
3rd train leaving Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Lanckorona at 13:59 p.m. arrival to Wadowice
14:26 p.m.
4th train leaving Wadowice at 14:56 p.m. arrival to Kalwaria at 15:23 p.m. leaving
at 15:43 p.m. arrival to Chabówka at 17:57 p.m.

Bonus course Wadowice - Kalwaria Zebrzydowska = Lanckorona – Wadowice – open-access, tickets available in the train: normal 20 zł and concessionary 10 zł (round-trip ticket).
