Find your taste on the Map of Tastes of the land of Wadowice!

Premiere of the new publication of Tourist Information Center in Wadowice this weekend (July 23rd) during the Sunday Grill at Wenecja (Boulevard on the Skawa river) Limited edition!

The tastes of the Wadowice land is the first culinary book in which we recall traditional regional dishes of our region. They were reigning on the tables at different times of the day and the holidays. It is how strongly they are inscribed in our heritage that the names of the inhabitants of the locality are derived from their names. Hence, flacorze (tripe makers) from Wadowice, plackorze (from the Polish word for pancake) from Andrychów  ogórcorze (picklers from Kalwaria Zebrzydowska) from Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, or królicorze (from the Polish word for rabbit) from Chocznia.

This publication was created in cooperation with local restaurators and producers, the Circle of Rural housewives and the inhabitants of the Wadowice Land. We present specialities based on tradition and modern solutions. Among them we find tripes of Wadowice, haunch of rabbit in cured ham or quinoa juice from Jaroszowice - Zbywaczówka.

The booklet contains recipes with photos and the way how to prepare them. So we can prepare the selected dish at home or try it at the indicated restaurant.

Premiere of the release of this week's edition of The Sunday Grill at Wenecja (Boulevard on the Skawa river) Limited edition issue! During grilling will be an opportunity to receive this exceptional publication and take part in competitions with prizes!
