New tourist publications have just been available at Tourist Information office!

The Tourist Information Office at the Tourism Department of the Municipal Office in Wadowice has prepared three new publications that main theme is active tourism.

These are publications that were published in the series entitled "Around Wadowice”. They are encouraging residents and tourists to relax in the bosom of nature and to discover new places of interest. The first of the series “Floating along the Skawa River” describes the history of the Skawa river and the natural values ​​of its river basin as well as its surrounding ponds, fish and birds. It also contains a brief history of the construction of the Reservoir in Świnna Poręba, which is a new tourist attraction of the Wadowice Land. In the next brochure “On a Bike”, you can read about our suggestions for organizing cycling tours around the nearest area. The presented bike paths have different degrees of difficulty and are guided in places worth seeing. The latest release "Backpacking trips to the Lottle Beskids" encourages hiking trips to nearby mountains. There are also some options to choose. Less or more persistent walkers will be able to choose something for themselves and enjoy the beauty of nature in the Skawa valley.
