There is a house in a beech forest near the top of Mount Chełm. This house is the heart of the Wadowice Scout camp base. An excellent starting point for short and longer hikes in the Middle Beskids. Well-marked tourist routes, many cultural monuments, and beautiful landscapes of the Little Beskids encourage you to come here in summer and winter. It is not far from here to the castles in Lanckorona and Sucha Beskidzka; you can visit the noble manor in Stryszów. The museums of Wadowice, Kraków, Oświęcim and Zakopane are also waiting for tourists. Hiking trails, a cave that can be penetrated, a river and a forest - it's all within easy reach.
The base can accommodate 150 people in three sub-camps. Accommodation in 10-person tents, placed on platforms. At the disposal of the quartermaster staff - a building with a large, modern kitchen, isolation room, rooms for staff. In summer, meals are eaten in the open-air canteen. Sanitary facilities are showers with hot water, a sufficient number of toilets.
